I know I went through that in my own brand and I’ve recently come to terms in a very deep way: I’m not like everyone — anyone — for that matter. What an exhale to know my deep knowing can light up a room for my right people. For short term effects maybe it will impress or win friends or business, but do remember it will be felt if you’re not being authentic — people can sense a faux presence.

What is appealing is out of the almost 7 billion energies buzzing on the planet, you got something special in there and I know it can be brought forth in your branding identity and image.

Be authentic about your business passion and about YOU as a person. Let who you are shine through and the pieces of your brand come together that is so deliciously steamy.

Being your unique truth makes you stand out.

Hard to get lost in the crowd when you’re being your unique self and embracing that. Stop worrying about trying to blend with the bunch. Be the black diamond and let go of spieling generic messages because you’re afraid if they’re not what people are expecting, someone will find it odd or offensive. People remember the unconventional. They even can relate to the unique and peculiar because deep within they have their own sweet spot, too.

Do things in a way that’s more joyful for you – share your sense of humor, or your love of connection to others, and sparkle it out the way you normally do in life. If you contemplate deeply, you can discover it.

Feel it out in the things people tell you when you’re being your most brilliant. Then amplify that into your entrepreneurial approach and in your branding elements such as color scheme and typography. If you’re a retreat yoga center and your message is to allow the deep serenity of ones soul to shine through, let that show in your harmonizing color and font choices.
